Default Dry hair

For some reason all of the sudden when I am washing my hair it feels so dry. Once I put the conditioner in, it is much better. Is there a good shampoo that I should try to moisturize my hair?

Have you changed the water you've been using, or has their been a change in the weather? Almost every brand of shampoo has a moisturizing version. Any of them should work.

My hair is not well moisturized when I use shampoo alone. I was advised by a hair dresser that I should use shampoo every other day, and I should use conditioner everyday to make my hair look softer.

As we get older our hair becomes drier, a good conditioner is important and weekly treatments. I like to rub Olive oil into my scalp once a week and find this really conditions my hair for the remainder of the week where I only have to use shampoo. Maybe pop into your local salon and ask for a recommendation of a good shampoo and conditioner.
