If you really want good hair then be gentle to them. Always moisturize them, try and avoid heat and sun and go for hair cut or trims by a professional regularly. Be careful when it comes to chemical treatments or styling products. This will help you keep your hair healthy. You must wash your hair gently and regularly with a good shampoo. You can also treat you hair to a egg pack or curd pack to give them the bounce and the shine. When you wash your hair make sure all the shampoo in the hair come out. If you follow these basis you hair will need less expensive care and lesser effort to get the desired result. So take care of your hair and make them healthy.

Its always advised to be careful and gentle with your hair, especially when you wash your hair, as its more delicate then. I was advised my friend to never brush it so many times in a day and after implying this I did see less of my hair falling out! I used to brush is about 6-7 times a day!

I don't know if I am being too harsh to my hair because I use hair spa treatment every other as a replacement to a conditioner. It has a conditioning effect, way better than conditioner. But I am not sure if it is very "chemical" to my hair.

These are great tips. I think it is always better to prevent damage beforehand as it is really hard to get the healthy hair back, even with the best of treatments. I have learned it the hard way as I used to dye my hair every other week when I was a teenager. I paid for it in my early adult years. Thus, I am much more careful with what I do to my hair now.

Hair is surprisingly very weak. We treat hair like it's as strong as a muscle, but I've learned that it doesn't take very much for our hair to come out. My mom told me that I had to take better care of it, and that even stress was bad for our hair.
