Default Healthy Hair

Nutrition and stress play a big role in the growth of the hair. Studies have proved that a good diet and reduced stress can help to give body to the hair. Today there are supplements available that can be taken by people stimulate good growth of hair. B-vitamins is very beneficial in the growth of the hair. Vitamin B-5, fights the graying of hair and Vitamin E also help in good growth and heath of the hair. A little care has to be taken from our end to make sure that the hair are not neglected. We must also massage our hair with coconut oil regularly for healthy hair.

I wonder if lack of sleep contributes to the hair loss. I have been losing quite a bit lately and even though my doctor said there is nothing wrong with my general health, it still concerns me a little. Do you think coconut oil would be helpful for this type of problem?

I feel really lucky then cuz I've lived an extremely stressful life and I don't eat very well and everyone is always complimenting me on my hair. Could it be that the shampoo I use is kinda making up for the rest??

Honestly, maybe I'm just lucky but my hair looks very healthy and I've never really done anything to it. The only good vitamins and stuff it gets are from my shampoo and stuff. Lol. Is that normal for it to be so healthy or am I just weird?? hahaha
