Default Importance of conditioning hair

Conditioning is very important for our hair and many a times we ignore this fact. There are made basic home made remedies available that can give the shine and bounce you need for your hair. These home made remedies may be messy and tedious, but are highly recommended. There are many reasons associated with hair fall. The reasons can vary from dandruff to improper hair care or too much exposure of hair to the sun or even using harsh hair care products. We again need knowledge about the reason of hair fall and remedies to take care of them. This will help us take care of the hair in a better manner. Always follow the dos and dont's for hair care. Coloring your hair is expensive and pinches the pocket and hair too much. Many natural and herbal hair care and hair color products are available in the markets which are not harmful to your hair. Get a hair cut and hair style that may suit your style, face structure, shape and personality. Do not follow fashion blindly.

Yes hair conditioning is very important so that your hair leaves no tangle. I am using hair conditioner everyday, is it alright?

I have never used homemade conditioners, well maybe except once: someone had suggested some kind of oil, I tried it, and then couldn't wash it out of my hair for several days! So, never again. I go for store brands. Pantene used to be one of my favorites, now I prefer John Frieda's products.

Is there a such thing as a person using conditioner on her hair too frequently? I know that too much of one thing is obviously a bad thing, but how can too much conditioner affect the hair or scalp?

I have thick, naturally curly hair, and I have to use conditioner every day, because if I don't, I will not be able to get a brush through my hair! Tres Semme is my personal favorite!
