Default Do not overbrush your hair.

Over brushing can cause split ends and hair breakage, making it hard to maintain a good hair style.

But there are people..
who use to brush whenever they feel its boring.. these may totally spoil yor hair.

!!so don't over brush!!!

That is good advice! I just learned that recently and have been using a wide tooth comb more often. It makes a big difference on the ends of my hair.

This is interesting. I have always heard that brushing with a good, wide brush improves circulation and is actually good for the hair and scalp. Of course, overdoing anything is not good, but wouldn't you say that about 5 minutes of daily brushing is beneficial?

this is really helpful. i'm really a brush lover since my teenage years. but i have a dry and with many split ends. i just decided to use comb when i noticed that my hair was thinning. i'm glad my girls are not a brush lover.

thanks, megha!

Over doing of anything is harmful. Brushing helps in the circulation of blood and is useful if done in limits(twice or thrice a day).

I bet that's why my hair gets really frizzy sometimes. That is very good to know. I always thought it would help with body I guess. I dunno lol. I'm not very smart with beauty stuff. I'm just starting to get girly.. took me 20 years hahaha
