No time to shampoo? Dab facial toner all over your scalp with a cotton ball and blow dry. This will get you through until the next washing. This is just a emergency method to alternate shampoo.. dont use it always..

Great tip, but can you tell me what exactly dabbing toner accomplish? Does it make the hair look less dirty? I am just trying to figure this out as you mention that it is an alternative to shampoo. When the hair gets dirty, it tends to look a little oily and I am not quite sure that the toner could make it go away...

Never heard of that, is it safe to do that? I think that might damage the scalp and the hair roots.

I've never heard of this, but it makes sense. Toner has a way of drying your skin and removing the oil, so it stands to reason that it might do the same way with hair. But would it really be quicker than shampooing the hair? Either way you still have to brush and blow dry.
