Default sleeping position for hair growth.

If you lay on a bed on your back and hang your head over the edge this will encourage the blood to flow to your scalp promoting healthy shiny hair and it is said to help the hair grow thicker and quicker.

I am not sure that this would be a very comfortable position to sleep in though. Do you mean that this should be done for short periods every day or are you referring to sleeping in that position all night? If it's the second option, one might wake up with a huge headache in the morning...

thanks for sharing that information Rhea. but I agree with butterflyes, it looks difficult to sleep in this position. I got a long thick and long hair though, I just want to make it longer faster.

I don't know that their is an appropriate position of our hair in sleeping. Anyway, thank you for that post, rhea. By the way, is it healthy to sleep with wet hair?

Phew that sounds hard for me to do since my sleeping position is really not the same everyday. I find it hard to find the most comfortable position for me to sleep that makes my hair go nuts too haha with all the turnings and what so ever.
