Default Suggestions for hair care

Here are some suggestions to care for your hair the right way. Check them out, I promise they will be very helpful.

Get your hair trimmed regularly, it helps to avoid getting a bad hair day. The usual time between your two trims should be about 3 to 4 weeks. Never avoid trimming just because you do not want to get the hair trimmed. It will help them gain their natural shape. After the trimming, do apply some hair gel. This will smoothen as well as flip up the ends of the hair that usually lose shape when they grow without trimming.

Don’t try to change the nature of your hair too much. Remember you can never fool nature. If you perm or bleach your hair too much, it will affect the hair adversely, because it ha so many chemicals in it. So do not try to change the nature of your hair too much, or it will leave no hair to change.

Never overuse the hair care products. The quantity of hair care product you use should actually depend on the length, texture and density of your hair. Using a less number of products will help you control them properly. However, if you use too many of them it may cause temporary as well as permanent hair loss. Also Instead of using lots of super-hold gel opt for the mousse. You can simply use a single or two drops of pomades, glosses or shiners. Do not use conditioners, finishers or volumizers.

You should make it a point to start with a small quantity of hair care products and then keep on increasing it. The increase in the quantity totally depends upon the way your hair respond to a part gives. Remember, you can always go ahead but can not go back. So be a little careful.

another advise from my side is for people who have a habbit of using dryer very often. excessive usage can lead to persistend split ends, damaged hair and loss of lusture. natural drying of hair is any day better and keep the use od dryers to minimum.

I think what you mentioned Jessika is a very common cause of hair problems, not many people realize it at first, and its until later they find out that they have suffering from hair loss, dry scalp due to excessive blow drying and use of straightener.

If you are someone who uses a dryer or straightener a lot then you should apply hair protector to your hair before you use the dryer or straightener.

What is a hair protector exactly ? I am a good example of using too much heat on my hair (blow drying, straightening) which caused a lot of split ends . Unfortunately there is no solution for split ends except for cutting them. Thanx jessika , neetu1 anyways.

A hair protector is a product that comes in either liquid form or a spray, which you put into your hair or spray on it to prevent it from the heat. You apply it to your hair when it is damp but not wet, and this does not damage your hair when you use any kind of heated product!

Oh well, thanks Harpreet, i didn't know about this product. I am sure it will be effective and i will definitely use it next time i am drying my hair. I think it is the hair gel which the ladies in parlour apply before straightening.

To add to it, theyre sort of provides the needed moist to your hair as its natural moist would be dried away due to the heat in blowdrying.

some tips for u....
no matter what type of hairs you possess, trying these everyday hair care tips can do wonders for your hair without any side effects.

* Never comb wet hairs as they are more prone to damage.
* Don’t shampoo everyday as the chemicals in the shampoos can damage the scalp if used daily.

I agree that diet is also really important in hair care and all body care - nuts give great oils for your hair, also drinking plenty of water will help a dry scalp (besides just being plain good for you!) fish oils are extremely good for hair and nails as is silica compound which you can buy in liquid form from most good healthstores.

I have problems with falling hair too, my hair gets dry and easily breaks. Now I'm using this hot oil treatment in my hair and it turns out nice. First, i trimmed my hair to get away the split ends and to have my hair a normal growth.

I have used egg white as a conditioner so that it softens the hair... Maintaining the diet also helps us to keep our hair healthy.....

As you said, natural drying of hair is very safe compared to hair dryers and even natural dying of hair is also safe and good, Natural dying and facials are done in many beauty parlor . Find a beauty parlor where you get lots of natural treatments.....

I personally feel that sun exposure, diet and how often someone colors their hair are also main factors in the look and feel of their hair. I stopped dying my hair a few months back and just decided to go all natural, because I found that my hair wasn't looking as healthy as before. I get more compliments about it now.

I think it's fun to mess around with your hair, change the color, the style, all of that, but now I'm just gunna stick with playing around with the cut
