Default Massage Your Hair

Hair becomes thinner and starts falling out due to many reasons like age, bad diet, and hormonal changes and so on but there are many ways in which you can deal with this problem of thinning hair. Hair loss can be taken care of by a good massage on one the scalp as it increases the blood circulation flexibility of the scalp. Use your fingertips to rub oil and remove the dead cells that accumulate on the scalp. Rub it on the entire scalp this will actually strengthen the roots of the hair. You will see more hair loss in the beginning but later you see shining and good hair growth.

I have a hair massager the one with some kind of tiny branches which kinda represents the fingers but slimmer than that. It's kinda ticklish but feels good.

You said a few reasons for hair fall by your self , like diet problem, etc sort out all the causes and find which ones you can actually try to change by yourself then go for the treatment.

ok, so you have a hair massager which contains some motor like thing i guess.. well, but it is not advisable to use any thing that cause some sort of vibration to the hair, that may have effect on the hair growth, they may cause hair fall too. Its better to do hair massage by hand...

I honestly don't think you need to buy anything.. You can massage your own scalp and get the same affect

yes.. you are right.. it works good, it is not only good for hair or scalp. It maintains the total body condition. The oil that is used on the scalp for massage will bring down the body temperature also... along with improving blood circulation

Well, I suppose you are actually massaging the scalp and stimulating the hair folicles.

How long and how often do you think we should be massaging for?

Thanks.

I think maybe daily would be good for maybe a few mins? I don't think it takes long at all. I've also learned: if you have a headache, you can pull your hair and it honestly helps.. not really hard, but just move the hairs around a bit. I guess it helps relieve the pressure.
