Default Wash hair with normal water.

One should never wash their hair with extreme hot or extreme cold water as it will damage your hair and it can result in many problems, and make your hair condition bad.

Even i have heard that too, apparently it damages the hair cells and also affects your scalp, for example using too hot water will dry out the scalp!

Use cold water to wash your hair, because it keep your hair smooth and healthy. Avoid hot water to wash your hair it may damage your hair.

We can also use warm water but not extremely hot for washing our hair, because it may dry the scalp and forms dandruff and finally it leads to hair loss...

Yeah, I agree we should use warm water when washing our hair because if not, it can cause hair fall and worse thing we can be bald.

Yes, absolutely. I remembered one of my teacher says that washing our hair with a lukewarm water is the best and it also help us to get rid of dandruff. Do you agree?

I do wash my hair with warm water sometimes the natural water from the shower but still I'm having lots of hairfall everyday. I feel like sooner or later I'll become bald.

I seem to lose a lot of hair as well. I don't understand why though because I have a healthy diet and I don't use any funky products on my hair...

I wash my hairs with normal water but sometimes in winters I use Lukewarm water to wash them. Extremely hot water can damage your hair so it should be avoided.

I bet there's something missing in our diet. That's something that we should figure out it's really bothersome to have lots of hair falls everyday. I'm now using hair fall resist shampoos. Hope they could at least help.

Having your hair washed with cold/normal water is good, i sometimes can't agree with warm/ luke-warm water, they just gives a soothing effect to the hair and body, where as, normal water increases the circulation of the roots of the hair and helps in growing of good and a healthy hair.

Yes Cold water is always good for hair wash. But during winter season we cannot avoid using hot water. So try to avoid more heated water which affects hair growth.

Default Wash hair with normal water.

Hair washing is the act of keeping hair clean by washing with some kind of cleaning agent like shampoo or other surfactants. Using normal water is good for you scalp and do not take long time to bath.

Its true, either very hot or very cold water damages your hair and leads to hair break off and also hair fall, its always good to use a warm water and try to check for the salt level of water.. too. it must be as less as possible.
