Default Say bye to dandruff

Dandruff is a common problem, and in stead of using strong shampoos and chemical products, instead make a solution of lemon juice and coconut oil, ratio should be 1:2. Massage the hair roots with this solution, and rinse your hair after 30 minutes. Your hair will be dandruff free. This should be done on a regular basis to prevent the dandruff of coming back.

My daughter has what I thought was dandruff. The hairstylist told me that it was just that she washed her hair from the top down and didn't rinse well. She told her to put the shampoo on the sides of her head and work it up.

I am going to try your mixture on her. I bet is smells nice too.

That sounds like a good remedy, and all-natural, too.

I remember when Head & Shoulders was all the hype; I tried it, and it was just another shampoo, no different than the rest. Has anyone tried it? Did it work?

Wow, thanks! I've had dandruff forever. Dry scalp is what I call it. I bet it does smell better than Head and Shoulders and Selsun Blue.

Antk- I wonder if that is true too. Wash your hair from the sides- Never heard of that before?

I have also heard that dandruff can be stress related, has anyone experienced that? I know people who claim they suddenly have it when they are stressed, and when the stress factor is gone, so is dandruff.

I will also try this one. It is so hard for me to get rid of my dandruff. I have tried so many anti dandruff shampoos before, but they are only effective for 1 month, after that, say hello to dandruff again =(

I hope this will answer my problem.

That's a great tip and one I will be trying, after changing my shampoo 2 weeks ago it has had a terrible drying affect on my scalp and I have lots of flakes so thanks for that tip.

Dandruff is a very big problem for most of them.. Dandruff is nothing but the dead cells, When our scalp is dry it occurs..We must not use the shampoo as such on our scalp,We must dilute it with water and use..

I only tried to use coconut oil in my hair and leave it for 1 hour, after that I shampoo and put conditioner, then rinse. It's effective! dandruff dissapear and my hair became soft and shiny.

Thanks for sharing this tip, I think it will be effective if we do it once a week regimen.

Dandruff is a common problem among people. I had this problem before, and I used to have treatment on it. Like hair spa once a month, and finally it didn't come back again. How about you, how do treat your hair dandruff free?

Hmm does anti-dandruff shampoos really make your hair dry? I only wash my hair with a shampoo that has conditioner in it.

As you have a doubt regarding dandruff and stress, i should confirm your doubt by saying yes. Dandruff can also be stress related and also in those with depression dandruff increases, once depression is gone automatically dandruff disappears.

Lemon juice and coconut oil mixture? I have not yet tried. If you have the habit of applying coconut oil regularly, you won't have dandruff.

I haven't tried the mixture yet, but I was thinking of trying something on my own like honey. That seems like it'd be good. Maybe soy will help my hair, too.

Don't put honey in your hair, it will turn your hair grey.

Use herbal product to wash your hair. Before going to bath take coconut oil daily. It gives shinning to you hair and also remove the dandruff day by day. Lemon is the medicine for removing dandruff.
