Default Suffering from premature graying?

There are many people who suffer from premature graying, and a natural way to help this from happening is by just making a paste of grated fresh ginger and honey. Everyday you need to take 1 tea spoon of the paste.

I had heard that graying hair was as a result of poor diet (according to a recent study anyway).

I am not sure that there is a cure for it, other than buying a colour out of a box to cover it up.

I would say mine was due to some hair coloring I had before. Im not keen yet about having it colored black cause this would just be superficial cure. About this ginger-honet combi, do i take it internally or should I just apply it on my hair?

How do you use this ginger & honey paste? Do I apply it to the gray hair or do I take it orally? I am only 37 years old but I am starting to see a few strands already...

Don't put honey on your hair. That will cause more grey hairs to appear.

The OP meant to take it orally, thoutgh I am sort of skeptic about this anyway.

I was also about to ask if the ginger-honey combi was meant as oral intake or hair application

Anyway, thanks for letting me know. Honey causes more greying? I wonder why?

I also have premature greying and for all I know this is genetic, something I inherited from my father. I haven't done anything to cover it up. Am still thinking if I'll already be needing some hair colorants, but I was told if I start to do it I may need to do it on regular basis.

My 18 year old son is starting to have grey hair. I will prepare this paste for him. He blames me for his premature greying hair. He says he is getting it from me, cuz I have grey hairs and I always hug him. LOL!

I thought that premature graying is due to genetic problems and mental stress. But is that possible by taking ginger honey paste orally will reduce premature graying..

Has anyone actually tried this? I am guessing if you already have the grey hair it isn't going to help, right? You have to do this early before you go grey?

I also thought that grey hair was hereditary.

hello ari, i came to know that honey makes this premature graying . People use to say that one drop of honey on the hair will make that hair gray. I am very scared of your message and i cant even imagine the action of honey and ginger to hair. I think it will make you loose all hair. can you please justify your method that solves graying.?
