Applying fenugreek to hair for an hour helps in giving shine to hair and clears out dandruff.
Process:
1. Soak the dry fenugreek( menthi seeds) for 5 hrs.
2. Take out the soaked seeds, grind them or paste them.
3. Apply to your hair for an hour and wash thoroughly with shampoo or wat ever you wish.

It is masala ingredient, but it has these properties too, actually we don't fry them in oil know, we apply them naturally by soaking in water and pasting.
