What are the worst symptoms that you've ever had during your period? Are they always the same, or are they different every time? How long do they last?

Mine varies and I'm not really sure why. Sometimes I don't get cramps and other times, I get them really, really bad! It can be very painful to the point where I can have issues standing up and have to lay with a pillow under my stomach in order to handle the pain. I take Midol to help and try to rest a lot

Except for occasional headaches, I am fortunate to not have any unpleasant symptoms. I just keep going and doing everything I'd do on any regular day.

I know some women have cramps so bad that they have to take a couple of days off from work.

My symptoms are the worst on the first day when I have severe cramps. There are times when I think I will throw up, but don't. The next day, I just feel queasy, but I can function just fine. It's usually like this with few exceptions.

What remedies do you use to relieve all that, if any? Do you take any pills? For some people, taking some Tylenol is enough, it gets rid of the pain.

I stopped using Tylenol for that a long time ago. I didn't want my body to get used to popping pills for every single pain that I had, so I kind of stopped. My body has been handling the pain other ways.
