| I think so. I'm ALWAYS getting stomach aches while I'm on my period. I also get REALLY hungry and really tired. Kinda grumpy.. those kinda things. It's not too fun.. luckily it's only once a month ![]()

I think it's normal, too. I get stomach aches, and it feels like it has a lot to do with the cramping and bloating that also goes on during that time. How long does the stomach ache last? For me, it's only on the first day for a couple of hours. The next day, I just have to deal with some mild queasiness.

Are you referring to lower abdominal pains? If so, you should take plenty of water, enough rest and exercise. I don't experience that but my sister does. You should consult a doctor if you feel severe pain.

The best thing I can do for lower abdonmial pains is to wait for it to pass. I wait until the pain reaches its peak then I get some rest. Drinking water doesn't help me at all. I'll only drink water if I get thirsty, otherwise, I don't eat or drink.
