Default Cancer

Have you ever had a friend whose been diagnosed to having a cancer on her reproductive organ? Actually I had a friend who it happened to and it opened my eyes that this dreadful disease can happen to anyone..all we have to do is to prevent this happening to us..any tips that you can suggest to become cancer free? especially us women..whom i think are more prone to this..

Sorry to hear about your friend lyka, and I understand how you feel and when something like this happens to someone we know we get more aware of it and take it more seriously, and yes your right it is prone to women more.

I suppose just eating whole foods, not smoking, daily aerobic exercise and stretching really, which not only prevent health problems like cancer by many other health problems too.

I would say eating good, exercising and getting enough rest. Also, I think it is very important to keep up with your doctor check ups. Maybe have your blood checked? I'm not really sure how they can detect cancer..

The best thing that you can do for yourself is to just eat right and exercise, but sometimes that isn't enough. Sometimes living the most healthy live as possible isn't enough. Sometimes genetics play into this.

Aside from all the above suggestions, it is best to have a pap smear once or twice a year. It is the best way to prevent cancer.
