Does whether or not a hotel has wifi have an effect on your decision to stay there? For me, it does. Wifi is a must have so I can work anywhere. What about you?

I like to stay connected online although I don't necessarily choose hotels on basis of Wifi connection. I don't have to depend much on internet for completing my work; of course until its necessary.

To a point, yes but it really depends on how long I'll be there and how much I need to get done

Regardless if I'm doing work or not, having the internet constantly available to me is something that I feel like I just have to have. There isn't always something to do or something on TV, so I need the internet, but not in an addictive sort of way.

It is not a deciding factor, but it is a huge plus, even if I am on vacation. Both my husband and I do a lot of work online, so it helps if we can log in and check on things, even if only for 15-20 minutes.

See, this is exactly why I got wireless internet. I can literally take it anywhere I go. I love being in the back seat of the car with my laptop, and messing around online on the freeway. Coolest thing EVER

It's the other way for me. Usually when I am staying in a hotel
it is because I am on a vacation, in which case I don't like to be
checking emails and working.

of course if it is a business trip then it's different.

Internet on cell phones is really neat. I love it!! I used to work on the go all the time

when on vacation it is best to forget your laptop and mobile at home..
