Default Selling A House

Selling a house is something I've never had to deal with before and it's really tough to put up with. My dad is drunk all the time now and he's getting up in my face over it and screaming at me as I type this. I just can't deal with this and can't wait to move out!! I wanna cry so bad!

That's just so sad my dad never yell at me cuz that's my mom's job . That's why I moved out then they realized that they've been so harsh to me before. I also didn't want to do that cuz it breaks my heart when I remember those times.

Hang on Brittany, it's going to be over at some point. It's hard to deal with, but you are moving out soon. BTW, where will your dad live when the house is sold?

Just try not to let it get on top of you. If you have a real estate agent in, let them handle as much as possible. If your dad is making things impossible can you not get him to move out while the house is on the market?

I'm not sure. He wants me to lend him some money to get an apartment, but I'm not sure if I trust he'll give it back. He doesn't even have a job. Maybe I'll have him write me a check when I give him the money.. or something

I'm not sure, but he's losing the house and I think it's for the best. My gma's loan on it is just way too much. It's an old house anyway and I have my apartment, so I'm fine

If the check bounces because he has no money on his account, you will get nothing, AND it will affect your credit in a negative way, so be careful. I knew a guy who'd write bad checks left and right.
