Default This Decade

Now that this decade is almost over, looking back, what do you think the best thing about this decade has been? What has been the worse thing about this decade? So much has happened.

The best thing that has happened to me would have to be turning 18 and getting my first apartment and working for some great companies and meeting some great places. The worst would be waiting to turn 18, my cat dying, and my grandma dying. I hate death.

I'm scared of the dead too. My grandma in law died last year and I didn't have the courage to see her before she was buried. I just don't want to see her sleeping like that she's also really kind so I just don't want to say goodbye with a teary eye.

For me, the worse things that happened to me was my dad dying and me changing my major. The best thing that happened to me was going off to college and experiencing some independence.

Yeah I remember I graduated from college last year but still not getting any office jobs yet. I really hate rejections that's why I don't really apply to any jobs yet. T_T

I'm really sorry to hear about your loss!! It's so hard losing someone you love.. it's something you can try so hard to be prepared for, but you won't know how it feels until it happens. I hope both of us can move on this next year and make our grandma's proud

I'm sure you'll get the job you're looking for. I'm sure you just haven't realize what it is yet. I think the reason you haven't gotten any yet, is because there's something special in store for you

The best thing about this decade was having my two girls.

The worst thing was the post natal depression that followed my last birth. I also regret leaving England to live here in Spain. I'm just waiting to win the lottery so I can afford to go back!

Thank you for your condolences, abeja_reina_1989. And bubble, I'm sure that you can find some good in living in Spain. Surely something good has come out of it.
