Default Life without a Car

Does anyone here not have a car? I don't, but not having a car isn't so bad. There are plenty of decent places that I can walk to, and gas prices fluctuate so much that my family end up walking a lot.

I don't have a car since I can't drive one yet lolz. I think it's hard to drive a car but it's cool. Here cars are kinda expensive and also the gasoline which is always raising prices from time to time.

I don't have my license yet, either, but most people my age have at least a license. I'm not in a big hurry. I can wait. There aren't a lot of exciting places to go to anyway, so I don't think I'm missing out on anything.

Yeah at least your so patient about this whole driving thing. There's nothing wrong if you will get a car later since it's not easy maintaining it also the expenses it will bring.

The only places that I really, really want to go are faraway out of state. I want to take a long drive in the southwestern desert, heading towards Arizona. That'll be my motivation for getting my license. I'll just think of that during the test. (Whenever I take it.)

I don't drive, so I've lived all my single adult life without a car. We had one when I was a kid, and we've got one now that I am married. My husband does all the driving. In a large city, one can easily survive without a car. It is next to impossible in the country though.
