Default Sensible Thanksgiving

As usual, I'm trying to have a sensible Thanksgiving. I don't care for the traditional food: turkey, dressing, cranberry, stuffing, etc. I think I just want a pizza or some sandwiches. Basically, I'm trying not to overeat. Is anyone doing the same this year?

We will probably go out to eat, so I will not be spending two days preparing and cooking, LOL. A traditional Thanksgiving dinner is nice, but it is a lot of work, and we have been too busy with all kinds of different things to be able to take on this additional workload.

Everyone in my family wanted something different to eat, so we just went to a restaurant where we could get what we wanted. Then we came home for pie.

Where are you located? You know, today's Thanksgiving doesn't always have to include a turkey. If you're a vegetarian, you can eat something else entirely. Thanksgiving isn't anything more than a big family meal turned into a holiday.
