I don't celebrate many holidays, but I do have one that I particularly enjoy. I love New Year's Day. Everyone can celebrate it no matter where they are from or what their religious beliefs are. It's a new year for everyone, and just being alive to see another year is reason enough to celebrate.

New years is fun, but I think my fav would have to be Halloween. I get all excited about the candy and seeing all the cute little outfits the kids have on.. love to see the look on their faces when I give em TONS of candy lol

My birthday is my favorite holiday. I used to love Christmas, but now theres too much drama in the family and it just kills all the joy of Christmas trying to put up with all the ridiculous drama.

I love both Christmas and the New Year, but there are some parts of them I would rather have removed, LOL. One of them would be getting together with relatives who we have little in common with = little to talk about. I don't mind spending time with people, but it feels rather awkward when everyone acts like a stranger.

Ya, Christmas is another good one. I really like holidays where people put up lights. I also like fire works, so fourth of july is really exciting for me. Lights and fireworks never get old

It's a plus if you celebrate your new year on a different date like in some cultures. I heard that a lot of people will give you money. If only it were like that here. Money would be nice to receive, but some people are lucky if they even get a New Year's card.
