Post How is your spiritual life?

We are all busy throughout the day, taking care of our issues, bills, children and everything else that is part of our outer world. One thing we need to be reminded of is that we also have an inner garden that needs tending, care and love. I always give myself enough time in the evening or anytime during the day to go within and take care of that garden, which is my spiritual life. Doing this for as long as I can remember has helped me tremendously in resolving my problems and having a positive outlook on life.

How is your spiritual life and how do you tend your garden? Take a moment to look now and see if it's flourishing or covered with weeds...

I will have to admit, I haven't been doing too well lately with it, but I'm trying to focus on it more and more. It become so tough sometimes, because it's so easy to get tied up with what you're doing during the day. Lately, I try to sit down and just watch some TV, go for a walk, or watch a movie with my boyfriend. It's a really great way to get your mind off of things. Also, when I get stressed, I let myself nap. It's funny how much a nap can fix

Mine's doing pretty well. Sometimes when I'm upset, I need to remember to look inside and figure out what's really bothering me. It's not always what I think it is at first.

That's true, taking naps relaxes your mind. But I find that meditation helps more than anything else that I've tried. It lets you get in touch with your inner voice that can tell us quite a lot...

Its doing well.. when am sterssed i make it a point to relax and get fresh breath.. Life seems simple and tension free if we take good care of our mind.. But thoughts tend to grow in me and its managed with difficulty..
But ALL IS WELL.....!!!!!!!!!!
