When you look at all the people you have ever met or known, who do you most admire?

It could be someone famous, or someone in your family.

For me it would have to be my own mother. She has had a very difficult life and has had a lot of downs to deal with. I am very proud of her now, and I have grown to appreciate her as a very important part of my life.

I guess I'd have to say that I admire my parents. Both my mom and dad try to do what's right, and many times they have done the right thing, especially when it was very unpopular.

Aside from my parents, the person who I admire most is my husband. He is very responsible as a father and a partner as well. We started as friends and I never thought that he would turned out to be the nicest guy I have ever met. We don't have a perfect marriage. He had lots of changes but for the better. He was the head of his family before and that what makes him responsible until now. What else should I ask for?

I admire my parents, they way the have brought us up, educated me and my siblings and given us a wonderful life and future full of happiness!

It is funny that you started this discussion because my daughter came home from school today and had to write a essay on someone she admires. She chose her cousin who is about 22 yrs older than her. She said that he is kind and generous. He always takes time for her. I thought it was very nice.

I would say that I admire my mother. She was widowed 31 yrs ago and raised us 4 girls on her own. She worked hard and gave us whatever we needed. She is 78 today and still working.

I would have to say my mom is one of the most wonderful and admirable people I've met.

Then I also had a boss, a wonderful lady, she had achieved a lot at a relatively young age and yet she was never too proud and never mistreated any of the lower-ranked employees.

I admire Christina Aguilera, or anyone who has reached for their dreams and not given up. I think that's something amazing, shows great willpower and strength. It gets so easy sometimes to wanna give up in life.
