The essence of beauty lies in the devotion towards one’s health. Beauty is all about taking care of the skin and all other parts of the body. A full hygienic body is a good body and hygiene must get the utmost importance in general beauty care. On the other hand, stress management is also known as a beauty buster. An unstressed mind is a gateway towards a healthy body. The other important aspect of the beauty is the skin care. Aromatherapy and other skin care techniques are available in today’s world for a healthy beauty. Exercise also helps in making a good and toned body all around. Exercise must be given top most priority if a person wants to be healthy and wants to stay fir always. Moreover, the ultra violet rays of sun must be avoided completely. The ultra violet rays of the sun make the skin black and due to tan the skin becomes blemished. Outdoors must be avoided in the summers and harsh winters too. The human skin is very gentle and it must be given proper care in order to make it healthy. The lifestyle changes must not affect the daily routine of skin care and they must be properly balanced. Moreover, the human hairs also become the part of good looking beauty. Hairs must be properly washed and shampooed. They must be conditioned after shampooing every time. Natural beauty is all about maintaining a good and healthy diet. The ratio of salad and roughage must be increased so that the body becomes able to retain water due to roughage. The beauty is reflected by a beautiful personality and a beautiful personality lies in confidence. So, all the remedies must be tried in order to gain a beautiful body. Overall, the beauty lies in the eye of the seeker and the maintainer. |

I completely agree that taking care of "beauty" should mean taking care of your health. Eating right, exercising, drinking enough water, etc., etc. - it is all a part of the same package.

I would put taking care of your health above anything else when it comes to outer beauty. Anyone who is eating a poor diet and is constantly dehydrated will probably have poor quality skin, hair and nails. I am not saying this is true for everyone, but I am sure it is for the majority of people. |

This is true, when your not getting proper nutrition it shows in your skin, hair and nails. Everything is brittle or breaking.

well i guess our hair is the crowning glory of every females..and must take care of it..thanks for the tips and advices..no amount of cosmetics can be effective if you have a very poor diet..

I think real beauty care is intake only not external makeup and all. Very important thing is balanced diet. Try to take more fruit juices than solid foods. Fruit juices that too without sugar is healthier. Simple tip for refreshing your body..................... Take a bucket of warm water,add 2 spoons of lime juice and take bath daily. You should more care for your beauty. Take healthy foods and avoid fast food. Do not use cosmetics for increase your beauty. Use natural product and avoid more makeup.
