In this world of fashion it is very important to look beautiful and healthy because it adds to one’s personality. For having a healthy body there is some simple rules which one should follow. First and foremost thing is that a person should change his life style which means that one should adopt the natural ways. For instance sleeping hours should be 7-8 hours long and one should try to avoid stress as much as you can. Apart from all this the most important thing which matters a lot is facial looks because everyone judges your beauty with them. To have a beautiful face one should take care of his skin very much. There are some tips which help to have a healthy skin. For instance skin should be cleaned everyday by using any good toner. Moreover moisturizer should also be used in order to avoid dryness. After that acne should be treated regularly. Medical consultation can also be taken to get rid of this problem permanently. It is advised to take steam over face for at least twenty minutes everyday. It is strongly recommended that skin creams with strong chemicals should be avoided because it may damage your skin resulting in wrinkles etc. Some creams have harsh chemicals that cause irritation on skin. Make-up should be very light and eye make-up should be blended up well. Above mentioned tips are very simple but it produces best effects if they are practiced regularly. Creams that are prepared from natural products like Aloe-Vera, honey, jojoba oil, grapes etc are best for skin because they are not harsh on sensitive skin. Moreover they treat skin imperfections and other problems naturally without any side effects. To avoid premature aging, a good quality anti-aging cream can be used which has natural products in it. |

Yes! Aloe vera can serve to exfoliate our skin. And its best to all skin of the body including face. Good for the hair too!

Aloe vera is good for many things. I use it straight from the plant for sunburns and irritations. It has healing properties so it is a very good product. Moisturizers made with jojoba oil or cocoa butter are good too. I use a light moisturizer during the day and then use a cocoa butter cream at night before going to bed. It leaves a little residue in the morning, but just wash your face. It has completely helped my flaky spots.

I agree with you on this,,aloe vera seems a very handy plant and its uses ranges from burns ,shampoos and etc..have you ever try this one too? what brand are you using? |

I use creams also as my skin care. but my problem is my sleeping habits,i always dont have enough sleep.

Occasionally do a face pack with ice. It will increase your skin complexion. Use luke-warm water to wash your face and avoid using soap.

Pimples are essentially infection. When poked and probed they spread germs and cause more acne to sprout. The best way to treat a pimple to dab some rubbing alcohol directly on it.

A trick that I read a while back to get rid of a pimple is to apply toothpaste ( the paste kind, not gel) on the pimple just before bed and in the morning it will be consideratably smaller. The paste dries out the pimple. I tried it and it does make it better but doesn't make it disappear altogether.
