Take 1 tsp of table salt (preferably coarse salt)
Mix it in 1 tbsp of olive oil and lightly massage it on your teeth and gums.

use a soft bristle toothbrush so it works fine, but doing it with your index finger is as good and effective. Rinse very well, although the ingredients are edible and its okay to swallow some olive oil is a low density oil and it does not make your mouth go gluey at all.
