I don't have bags under my eyes. That particular area tends to get darker when I am extremely tired but it doesn't really bother me after all. I just place fresh slices of cucumber and rest my eyes for about 20 minutes, they go away most of the time after this simple treatment.

Sometimes my under-eye area is darker, so I use makeup foundation to over it up. It works well for me. I don't have bags (puffyness), but I have heard that putting used tea bags on your eyes for 5-10 minutes before bed helps to reduce them.

I don't have any bags under my eyes, either, but I think you can take care of them by going to sleep at a better time. Do you get enough rest? Bags under the eyes and dark circles can be caused by lack of sleep.

Have at least an eight hour sleep so your eye bags won't get bigger. Avoid being so stressed out, that would worsen your problem. Cucumber would be a big help if you can't avoid being stressed and lack of sleep. There are also hypo-allergenic creams that would be a great help too.

I have always had bags under my eyes too, and it drives me crazy. It makes me look like I'm either sick or exhausted. I have never found a way to get rid of them... I know there are all kinds of creams out there, but I've never used them. I've tried to cover them up with makeup, but it always looks the same basically

Cold chamomile tea bags can help reduce eye bags. I do know quite a few people who have resorted to surgery with tremendous results.

Dark eye circles are not caused by tiredness as many people think. The skin under your eyes is much thinner and more sensitive than the rest of your facial skin. So doing thiings like rubbing your eyes can bruise that area.
