As I am an Indian woman I am always claded in a saree as a I have to wear an under skirt tightly to tie a saree I have developed some dark spot there . It looks EEEEKKKK....... Please give me some tips to erase it.

Any abnormal dark spots, which are irregular or growing needs to be
checked by a doctor.

As you said you are having some dark spots around your waist, why can't you try for some lotions with combination of Vit C, D and E, they really help out in erasing skin marks, you can also go for Aloevera ointments, if they don't work out better to consult Dermotologist.

You need to see a dermatologist for that. There are medications that they might suggest and it is better to have it treated by doctors.
