Default Drink More Water

I wrote a blog post today about the importance of drinking water.

We all know that we should be drinking water, but I had no idea how important it is for our general health. After doing my research I discovered that I have been dehydrated for most of my adult life.

It's no wonder I am always so tired.

Anyway, I cannot stress how important it is to keep hydrated so drink lots of lovely water and many of your minor aliments or beauty problems will be cleared up in no time.

We need water to survive. How could you say that you were dehydrated in most of your adult life? They say that our body contains 75% water. Is it true? I would appreciate some information.

I always walk around with a bottle of water. I noticed that I have much more energy when I stay hydrated and my complexion looks flawless as well. Water gets rid of toxins and helps us lose weight. Its benefits are really too many to mention in one short article.

I love drinking cold water, especially in summer / fall, so it comes easy to me.

Did you know that you can actually lose weight by increasing your water intake? When the body "sees" that you are now giving it enough water, it will release water stored in the wrong places, and you will slim down.

Water plays a very important role in our lives. I drink lots of it because it gives me strength. I just want to know. I believe that there are different kinds or processes that the water undergoes. Which one do you think is the healthiest?

Anyone can live for 7 days without food, but no one can survive in 7 days without water. Our Body is composed of 70% of water. We need to drink at least 10 glasses of water (for adults).

It is pretty amazing how much water can help. I'm constantly walking around with water now, and I notice I sleep better, I don't over eat as much, and I have more energy.

Who would really survive without water? Anyway, I always prefer to drink water than soda or juice. I do believe that it would help your skin look good. There are different kinds of drinking water and I think all of it are good for as long as it is clean.

Drinking enough water is really good for our health. In my opinion, the amount of water you drink should be proportionate to your bmi and lifestyle. So even if you and your friend have the same height and weight, if he's more active than you are, you shouldn't aspire to drink as much as he does for that will only leave you bloated. Too much water isn't good for the body either.

Yes, I know.

You can use water as an appetite supressant, so if you are trying to loose weight and are having those hunger pains, you can drink water.
