Hey ladies when do you think is the right age for a girl/woman to start taking care of her face or body, such as in order not to experience premature aging and the likes?

It is never too early if you are sing all-natural means, like wiping your face with freshly sliced cucumber or applying homemade fruit masks. This will not cause premature aging. Otherwise, I would say if you're 25, you need to be doing something. There is a saying, "At 25, a woman has the face nature has given her; at 45, she has the face she has preserved." |

I think it is best to take care of your skin and body starting at the age of thirteen. At that time, other girl or boy are entering into an adolescent stage and we all know that pimples and sweat glands are getting active.

| I've never heard that, but it makes sense. I'm 25 and just recently, I've started noticing fine lines and I took immediate action to try and reduce them. I highly recommend Patricia Wexler's Mmpi20 Anti-Aging Serum. You can get it from Bath and Body Works. It can be pricey, but that's why I only buy when it's onsale. It makes all the fine lines go away and leaves my skin so soft!

I believe anytime after 20 years old is the right time, as that is the time when our skin starts to mature and it is important to start taking care of it earlier than later in life.
