Default Composting

As I mentioned in one of my replies in the Go green thread, I started composting a few months ago. The first two batches seems ok, but the latest one doesn't look right. It has this funny smell and there are worms in it. Mind you I am using an old plastic pail and is regularly adding soil and a compost starter. I don't know where the worm came from because I sure did not add them there!

Composting seems like a good idea on reducing our waste even further. I do not really know what the best type of composter is, or the ideal items to put in it. For me, it will need to low maintenance and trouble free.
