Everyone knows about the stereotype that women love shoes, love to go shoe shopping, and that we have too many shoes, but that's not true for me. I hate going shoe shopping. I have big feet, and looking for new shoes is a constant reminder that the selection won't be very good for my size. Who else has this problem?

I dont, I've always been lucky. My grandma had the opposite problem. Her feet were very small and narrow. She had to have hers specially made most of the time

The shoes are so cute in the "average" sizes, and then as you progress to the larger sizes, they all start to look the same--brown and beige. They are always picked over and disorderly.

Some people with very big shoe size have their shoes especially made for them to fit their sizes. Sometimes, there are no available commercial size for sizes more than 12.
