Default Can't Walk In Heels

I am the WORST at walking in heels lol! I have only worn heels probably 3 or 4 times in my life. Each time, I was practically falling down stairs and tripping over my own feet haha. I bet a GUY could wear them better than me lol. I just dunno how to balance.

Comfort depends a lot on each individual shoe. You CAN get heels that are VERY comfortable, but those would also probably not be too high either. One of my most comfortable pair of shoes is actually a pair of 1.5 inch (or so) heels, because the bottom of the shoe is very soft and the rest of the fabric is soft and snug and doesn't irritate my skin.

You also have to learn how to walk, sit, stand and get in and out of a car in them. Not a good idea to wear them driving. Actually I've found that a properly fitting pair of higher heels can be more comfortable than the lower ones. But really they can mess up your feet. hips, back. They really aren't a good idea.

High heels are a problem for people who usually wear flat shoes. But you can wear a good high heel shoes with flat or big heels. Avoid silhouettes or very small heels, they will make you feel unbalanced.

I have same problem with walking wearing high heels. I’m glad as wearing high heeled shoes make me look like a giant. I prefer flat heels, although I can walk with heels up to an inch without occasional tripping.

Hey I have the same problem... I've taken to wearing sneakers and balerrina type shoes more.....You can also find ladies footwear in the market without the heels, go get them.
