Default Heels and Knees

I don't think I could ever wear heels, because it hurts my knees. Does anyone else have this problem? I've heard so many stories about women having terrible knee trouble because they wear heels too much. I prefer flat footed shoes.

If you're not use to it, you'll be hurting your knees. You can start from a small hells at least 1 inch, then go further if you are comfortable with it. You can't wear 3 inches heels without trying the smaller ones.

That's a really good point. I would definitely stick with the small ones, because the large ones freak me out haha!!

You can get loads of shoes in the market without the heels. They are stylish, trendy and fashionable enough. So, why are you so worried? You can also go for shoes and sneakers. While wearing fashionable clothes comfort is the first thing.
