i would spend money for good quality, especially for shoes since i use my feet to walk. but i wouldn't spend too much, or more than i can afford. the most i would spend for shoes would be $150, or maybe $200 if they're really worth it.

I don't spend alot of money on my shoes. I would rather have 6 pairs that cost me $20 each than one pair that cost me $120. I like having lots of pairs to choose from.

If I could I would not spend so much but when you have problems with your feet the way I do you have to go for the good kind. I wish I could just spend 20 a pair . It would save me a whole lot of money . I am suppose to change shoes every 6 months

Hmmm, well for shoes I do end up spending a lot of money sometimes and the max I have spent is £50, and i dont think i would spend any more than that, unless it was a pair of shoes i am dying to have and are out of this world! I suppose Kat because you said you had problems with your feet, you need to get those special comfy shoes and yes they do cost a lot so its something you can not avoid either. But as long as your comfortable in the shoes you got then its ok i guess

Default Flat Shoes

I have tried to get a way with not having to buy the expensive ones but unfortunatly the shoes break down to fast . They break down with in 2 months or so. That is what really bites

I tend not to splurge when it comes to shoes but sometimes, it's the shoes that really make an outfit. I usually just wear sneakers so I tend to spend more money on a pair of sneakers than a pair of heels. My favorite sneakers are by Keds. They are really long lasting, comfortable and costs about $40. A pair of Converse is definitely another shoe staple. In the end, you shouldn't sacrifice comfort for cost.

I'm pretty frugal, so I wouldn't want to have to pay more than $20 for shoes. I don't care about brand names, I just want something that would last me a long time.

I am surprised at the responses that I have recieved on this thread. I thought I was the craziest one for the amount that I pay, but I am glad to see that it is normal . While it is good to save money it is also great when you can go home after work and not have sore feet .

I find it so hard to buy good shoes these days. Whether I buy them on sale, or spend a small fortune I cannot seem to find shoes with lasting comfort or durability. It is so difficult to shop for shoes with the vast amount of styles and price ranges that are available. I find I often settle on a pair only to find out I am not entirely satisfied shortly thereafter.

So far the most expensive pair of shoes I bought was worth $60. Usually I buy shoes in the price range of $10-20 since I change shoes often.

I am not a brand consious type of person as long as the shoes or slippers is comfortable to wear it is fine by me. it can cost only $3 as long as it is comfy it's ok. sometimes I prefer buying cheap slippers but I can buy more and often changing the style from time to time.

...i loved shoes, i usually look for the shoes that comfortable on my feet without looking to the price of it. Because what the use of not expensive or expensive shoes?... if you can't walk properly.
