My bf really has me hooked on Pho. It's a Japanese (I believe) soup. I like mine with beef and meatballs. I have been eating a lot of it lately. Has anyone else ever gave it a try? If not, you should see if you have a Pho place near you and tell me what you think

I have not tried it yet. Is it spicy, salty, or on the sweet side? With lost of veggies or mostly broth? I like soups, I'll keep this one in mind to try whenever we come across a place that serves it.

I love pho.

Pho is a Vietnamese soup with noodles.
It is mostly broth with a choice of different
cuts of beef or chicken. Then you add
sprouts, chillies, mint leaves, lemon
and hot sauce to your taste.

Well, it's sorta salty, but not too bad. I eat mine pretty plain. Sometimes I'll add some Hoisen Sauce. That makes it sweeter! Just talking about it makes me want some more. I have been getting it basically every single day. OOPS lol It gets spendy.. like anything else
