What is your favorite kind of cheese? I started out only being exposed to American Cheese, and then as I went to different restaurants, I discovered so many different kinds! I recently tried feta cheese, and I liked it. Still, my favorite kind of cheese is probably mozzarella because it's associated with pizza.

On subs, I like American Cheese. In lasagna, i only like mozzarella cheese, I'm definitely not into the ricotta cheese!

I like Cheddar, mild or medium. We buy it to have with our breakfast coffee, and I also use shredded Cheddar for salads and other dishes. I often go for American on sandwiches though.

I like many of the cheeses that go on Mexican food. I think that there's usually two kinds. Pepper Jack is usually pretty good if it's not too spicy.

Omg I don't know some cheese names. But I do love cheddar and mozzarella cheese especially when it's in a pizza or in pasta's also in salads and sandwiches. Oh I can't live without these, my favorite foods are always stuffed with cheese the more cheese the better. And it has calcuim so it's healthy and yummy.

Cheese always makes food taste better. Think about it. Would you eat macaroni if there was no cheese? Would you take another bite out of a boring sandwich if there was no cheese in it? I know I wouldn't.

Yes I know how you feel as im obssessed with cheese in every pasta I eat. I put tons of grated cheese in just a bowl of macaroni. It really gives you a great taste it's like really in heaven lolz.

Alfredo cheese sauce is really good, too! I don't know exactly what makes a cheese taste so good, but it has to have the right taste. If a cheese is too sour, it won't be good. An example of that is goat cheese.
