How many of you use a pressure cooker for cooking? For what foods do you use it for and how often do you use it? I find its easier to cook potatoes, as they cook quicker and better. I normally cook lentils in a pressure cooker too for the same reasons. |

I have never used a pressure cooker - I have this phobia of it just blowing up for some reason. I have no idea where it comes from but I just can't get close to one for the life of me. However, I use a slow cooker for stews and they come out really nice.

ButterflyEs once had the same phobia you can say as you, but I came over it, and I tried it out with my mum once, and it was ok. And once you start using it you will love it, because it takes half the time to cook some things and they come out evenly cooked.
