Default Spinach

I love spinach - it is another versatile vegetable that you can do a lot with. I love putting in pastries, just cooking them and breaking an egg on top, or making an amazing quiche lorraine with it. Anything goes when it comes to spinach - on top of everything else, it is great for health.

Spinach is defiantly good for health, and the way I generally use it either boil it with some roast chicken, or use it as a stuffing for chicken breasts or even mix it in some mince to make some meat balls. I find the meat balls version works good with the kids too.

Agreed - actually the meatball version is the only way I can get my two daughters to eat the spinach without them actually knowing it, lol. It is such a versatile vegetable but they just can't seem to warm up to it for some reason...

i don't know much recipe for Spinach. but spinach is really good for our health. I have researched it's benefits and it's really good. I just fry the spinach to make it crispy and my son would love eating it. but I have to try that meatball some time.
