I find that sometimes that some kinds of exercises are not really exercises, but ways of keeping fit. And i find that the cross trainer is one of the best ways to keep fit for me. It helps me to work out my whole body, arms and legs at the same time, and its also fun and keeps me going. How many of you like using the cross trainer? |

I have'nt tried cross trainer, but if it works your whole body I'm definitely interested!! It hard to find ways to keep fit once you've actually made some progress with weight-loss, excercise, and healthy eating.

When I go to the gym, that's whenever I do which is not that often, the cross trainer is something which gets me going, as it makes all my body part move, whereas with other equipment its either just the legs or arms. But with the cross trainer its using both the arms and legs. Its works not only for your arms and legs but your mid section too.

| I bet I would look really, really funny doing that! I'm terrible at technique and things like that. That's why I stick with walking or swimming. I'm pretty funny looking when I swim!! I swear, I doggie pattle still ![]()

Love it... well.. shouldn't say love... I usually bump up the incline so it hurts.. haha.. I need to be challenged or I get bored. I like all of the cardio machines.. but i can only do them for 15 - 20 mins or I get bored. |
