My sister has lost about 12 grams of Kilwa To follow such a diet



If you want to regain your fitness ,First thing


You must have the will

Believe me, if you have the will, everything will become easy to achieve


The second thing is to exercise

And these must be in the early morning

For example, eight in the morning

March exercise for at least half an hour

Get out of the house every day on foot

And bought anything you want

Drink about six glasses of water a day at intervals spaced


Diets

Breakfast daily is a Small piece cheese triangles Or any type prefer

And one dedicated to the bread diet

Dinner

Do not eat after eight o'clock pm
