Default Muay Thai

I have heard from a dear friend that she has recently gotten into Muay Thai and she claimed to have this form of exercise make her not just physically fit but more emotionally fit. She said she had grown up and matured out of that. Do you share the same experience?

Muay Thai is a form martial art. Its great as an exercise since it uses both your hands and feet and its drills are really fun and a very good exercise. I tried it before with some of my friends. Its really great, plus you get to learn some moves when you want to punish your boy whenever he did something bad. :P

Do you know the reason why Muay Thai is one of the best form of exercise? It's simply because this exercise involves all parts of your body such as hands, elbows, legs, shins and a lot more. Muay Thai is a combination of all exercises like punching, kicking and striking. These moves are good for your health.

Muay Thai is Thailand's national sport. It's more like boxing with the addition of elbows, knees, and feet. I agree to bammer's friend. Muay Thai, like other martial arts, is not just a good physical exercise but also a good discipline that requires balance in your diet and lifestyle, resulting to emotional fitness and good health.

I've heard a lot of good things about the martial art Muay Thai, but I've never heard anything about it helping you to become emotionally fit. Maybe that was just a by product of the self-confidence that she gained while learning it.

I have never tried Muay Thai, but I love wathcing it on the television.

It is a little violent, especially when you hear shins knocking together at a real force. It makes me cringe.
