My legs were hurting so bad the other day from biking up hills. At first, I wasn't able to handle any hills, but now I'm doing a lot better with it. I am hoping one of these days, I can get up the big hills by my house without having to stop and walk my bike lol. That would be awesome feeling!

Keep on doing and before you know it, you can climb the highest hills in your area. It builds muscles and increases your stamina while biking and in no time, you won't stop and walk you bike up. Happy biking. |
