Do you like water parks? They are considered to be more like entertainment, not something you'd do for fitness, but I have found that you can get a decent workout there as well. We spent a day in an indoor water park, swimming, going down the slides, etc. - on the next day, my every muscle was sore! |

I had SO much fun the last time I went to a place called Wild Waves. It was amazing!!! It's kinda like 6 Flags. My favorites are the rides where you float around on a tube, or where you go down a water slide. SOOOO fun!!

Water parks are great and it is a good place for fitness. Swimming is a good exercise where you move lots of muscles in your body. A good whole body workout.

Don't you wish you had your own waterpark? Or at least a swimming pool, so that you could swim every day. I sure do! ![]() There is a new waterpark built nearby, I think they are already open. We'll need to check it out. |
