Raw foods? I am not sure if I can eat those like sushi's. I've grown in a place where food is always cooked. I think it's better if it's medium rare.

I like the concept of eating raw foods; however, I have also noticed signs in restaurants that suggest that consuming raw fish can make you ill. Eating cooked food is a learned behavior therefore it can be un-learned as people make a conscious decision to eat raw food.

I don't like to eat anything raw unless it's fruit. These days, people don't care about other people's health anymore, and it's always safer to eat food that's been cooked. Raw food only gives bacteria the chance to grow.

Yes , I to heard eating salads is considered as a good diet for health and fitness .What do you say about having sprouts early morning.

Maybe you could eat food that has been cooked in a way that will allow the food to maintain most of its vitamins and minerals. Steaming your food is a good way. As long as you don't overcook, you can still have all the minerals.
