Default Fitness exercises

What fitness exercises are better for someone who sits in front of the computer all day and most hours through the night? I am having back pains already.

I spend the majority of the day on the computer as well. What helps me through it is getting up about every half hour to stretch my whole body. Every couple of hours, I go for a walk as well to loosen up the muscles, that might help you with your back pain. And if you have time, take a warm bath with lavender essential oil mixed in the water, it's very relaxing.

I spend a lot of time on the computer as well, and I find walking the best exercise. Brisk walking gives a decent workout to your body, makes you breathe deep, improves circulation. Taking a walk outside is great, but when the weather does not allow it, a treadmill will do.

Definitely walking helps a lot. Stretching is a much. I haven't been doing it enough lately, but I know I need to. I know what you mean about being sore.

I guess those of us who work in front of the computer all day experience all the same discomfort. Even if you don't exercise often, just the simple action of getting up often and walking around the house helps tremendously though.

If your someone who is on the computer all day then its best to take regular breaks from your desk, walk a little, stress out which will give your body some rest and the main thing a break.
