im on day 31 of my cycle. im a day late. im having headaches,gas,lower back and abdominal slight cramping with no flow. i feel like im gonna start but nothing. also ive been sick to my stomach off and on every other day. ive been off birth control pills 5mnts.. can i possible be preggers

You could be, but it's too early to tell. A lot of the time, we are becoming sick, or are stressed and can have symptoms of pregnancy. Just because you're a day late doesn't always mean much. I have been a week late before and I wasn't pregnant.

If you are that worried, get a pregnancy test kit and test at home!!

I think you should take a pregnancy test instead of asking a forum whether or not you could be pregnant. Everyone has a different body and in some cases, it can also be too early to tell.

Yeah you should just buy a pregnancy test kit so you can stop all those assumptions. I think the kit only cost a dollar so go grab one. It may just be a false alarm or not.

A very high sensitivity test can detect pregnancy four of five days before your missed period so go get a test girl! One word of caution... I have tested with high sensitivity tests that will report pregnancy for a day or to, but then I turn up not pregnant. The tests are so sensitive that they detect the pregnancy before the egg really gets a chance to implant good into the uterus and have a good chance of survival. Good luck to you!

It is too early too tell whether you are pregnant or not. The best thing to do here is to get yourself an accurate pregnancy test. I wish you luck.

If you are really that worried or concerned then get yourself a HPT, but like most of the other posts have said it is still far too early yet, I have been more than a week late with all the symptons, but of course haven't been pregnant.

hi am 29yrs 8 months............am tryg for baby..........i hav been married for 2 yrs.......after 1 yr.........i get periods for every 30 days....earlier it was 28 days.........2 months back i got severe backache .............which was unbearable...ofcourse i had fever n cold also......but i got periods next day....i dint get dat type pain earlier....it is some kind of abortion or due to age........plz reply what are precautions i shd take for concieving

probably not an abortion.

for conceiving start taking pre-natal vitamins and folic acid.
reduce your stress level and do some moderate exercise.

i usually get my periods every 30 days.........today is my 29th day.....n i hav been observing dat there is an increase in my breast size.......but dis increase is happeng with me for 40 days........shd i go for hpt or shd i wait for some more time...........increase in breast size is the sign of preg?

breast size will increase later on during pregnancy. that is not a reliable indicator of pregnancy. get a hpt if you suspect you are pregnant.

Please get an hpt done ,it is a good idea to get a gynecology consultation .. sudden increase in breast size unless a part of water retention or pregnancy needs to be checked out

if you go to a lab or a doc they will ask you to wait for a week or more ....
you can do that or buy a stack of HPT and test till you get positive or your periods


While i was in this state I was tempted to buy hpt 's by stacks but my husbsnd held me off :P

it's better not to you know , its a waste of money ... if you have been regular every time before , unless you have taken some medications or have fever or Flu, it is highly likely that you might be pregnant now , but the only way to confirm is to wait and test , mean while start taking Folic acid tablets, eating healthy , drinking plenty of water, avoiding very hot baths and extra cups of coffee .

Yes you could be pregnant , I think you have to wait for some time then do a home pregnancy test I am sure that after doing this test you will be sure taht you are pregnant or not.
