Menstruation
Menstruation is a spontaneous cyclic (monthly) physiological shedding of internal lining of uterine cavity (endometrium) due to invisible interplay of female hormones. In simple terms, it is a regular monthly bleeding which a woman experiences.The first menstruation occurs usually at the age of 12 – 15 years.It is also called as ‘menarche’. For the past couple of decades, the age of menarche is gradually declining with improvement of nutritious and environmental conditions.

Knowing about the woman's menstrual cycle would enable herself and her partner to properly plan a family. Today, family planning has been widely-promoted. While the church generally does not adhere to family planning, I personally would advocate this concept. For me, this is th ebst way to show much love and respect to humanity. Planning our families would enable us parents to prepare our children to become good persons in themselves and to properly prepapre for their education.

when would be the best time to try for a child? how many days after menstruation? or is it before?

I think the exact time is after the 14th day of your menstrual cycle, the chance of pregnancy will be more. If your menstruation period is not regular then it will vary accordingly.
