Default avoiding unwanted pregnancy

Being pregnant is no doubts is a very big privileged for any lady but unwanted pregnancy can lead to a lot of problems and tension. so to avoid such a situation, you must consult your and ask for specific days when there is not a danger of conceiving. Also there are pills available which you can take before or after having sex if you don't want a baby yet.

You could also use calendar method. You are 99% safe 5 days before (inclusive) and 5 days (inclusive) after your menstruation. You can also use withdrawal method. I am just using these 2 methods now, and I believe they are both accurate.

I hate to burst your bubble but both are not very accurate. The
calendar method can be inaccurate if you have irregular cycles and
is easy to miscalculate. Regarding the second method, without going
into too much detail, that is not very safe either.

Why not just use contraception ? condoms, the pill, there are so many things. All those tablets you can take after sex is the morning after pill , it kills off the formation of a fetus in the early stages, while this is OK in one off circumstances that an accident may have happened it is not recommended to take these regularly.

According to the American Pregnancy Association, methods like the calendar method have a 25% failure rate, and withdrawal has a 19% failure rate. As for the withdrawal method, pre-cum is a fluid that the penis releases as it prepare for ejaculation and it can contain sperm. Besides, men aren't always successful at pulling out before any semen is ejaculated.

If you do not want to have a child but do not use outside contraception, such as the pill or condoms, you should not be having sex. That is the only fail-proof form of contraception. Even the pill and condoms aren't 100% effective, but their failure rates (5% and 14% respectively) are considerably lower than those of the withdrawal and calendar method. I suggest a combination of the pill and condoms.

For the list of contraceptive method failure rates that I used click here.

I think the best and safest method to avoid pregnancy is by either taking pills or simply using a condom, there are no complications or anything.

I think using condom or pills is the best method rather than going with calender method, most of the times the calender method fails.

Calender method is very old. This couldn't help in this scientific period. Safest method is barrier method. You can go for condom but in case of emergency you can take pills.
